What we actually do

We're licensed real estate agents who work across every kind of sale — traditional listings, as-is sales, estate properties, and direct transactions. That range is the point: because we see how each path plays out in practice, we can put them side by side honestly, including the paths that don't involve hiring us at all.

The commitment is simple: plain-language explanations, no predetermined outcome, and a referral to the right kind of professional — attorney, tax professional, lender, contractor — whenever your situation calls for one. When we would have a role or an interest in a path you're considering, we say so plainly. That's written down in our disclosures.
